Guiyang Healthcare Vocational University has carried out all-round cooperation with (Japan) International Association of Medical and Welfare Industry, Academia, and Research. In terms of school-enterprise cooperation order classes, the two sides jointly formulate a pension talent training program according to the needs and standards of Japanese enterprises, establish order classes, and teach by Chinese and Japanese teachers, realizing the precise connection between talent training and enterprise needs. In terms of joint talent cultivation, the two sides have in-depth cooperation to provide students with internship and employment opportunities in Japan. More than 30 students have interned or been employed in relevant units, and at the same time, short-term research and study projects in Japanese medical and healthcare enterprises have been launched to further improve students' professional skills and international perspectives. In addition, in terms of human resource output, the school has provided professional talents for Japanese healthcare enterprises to meet their human resource needs. In terms of scientific research sharing, the two sides share scientific research resources and achievements and jointly promote scientific research innovation and development in the healthcare field, promoting the in-depth integration of industry, academia, and research.
