1.Department Overview
The Department of International Exchange and Cooperation at Guiyang University of Health and Care is the functional department responsible for coordinating international exchange and cooperation affairs at the university. It operates under the leadership of the university's Party Committee and administration. The main responsibilities of the department include implementing national educational foreign policies, building platforms for internationalized education, promoting exchanges and cooperation between the university and overseas institutions, enhancing the university's educational internationalization, and supporting the university's goal of becoming a high-level vocational undergraduate institution with distinctive characteristics, industry leadership, and strong domestic and international influence.
The Department of International Exchange and Cooperation is composed of two sections: the General Affairs Section and the Foreign Teachers and International Students Management Section.
2.Main Responsibilities
The Department of International Exchange and Cooperation is the administrative management unit responsible for overseeing the university's international affairs. It handles the approval and management of faculty and student exchanges abroad, management and services for foreign teachers and international students, and international project cooperation. It is responsible for the approval and management of exchange and cooperation activities with foreign countries and regions including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. The department organizes and implements annual international exchange and cooperation programs and addresses specific issues arising in foreign cooperation. It also handles approval processes for university leaders and teachers traveling abroad or to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
The department has two sections: the General Affairs Section and the Foreign Teachers and International Students Management Section.

一、部门简介
贵阳康养职业大学对外交流合作处是学校统筹国际交流与合作事务的职能部门，在学校党委和行政的领导下开展工作。主要职责是贯彻国家教育外事政策，搭建国际化办学平台，推动学校与海外高校、机构的交流合作，提升学校教育国际化水平，服务学校建成“特色鲜明、行业领先、西部一流、国内外有影响力”的高水平职业本科大学的建设目标。
对外交流合作处内设综合科、外教及国际学生管理科。
二、工作职责
对外交流合作处是学校外事归口行政管理部门，是学校统筹负责因公出国（境）管理、师生赴外互换交流、外教和留学生管理服务、国际项目合作管理工作的职能部门。负责与国外和港澳台地区交流与合作活动的报批与管理，组织实施年度对外交流合作项目，处理对外合作中出现的具体问题；负责学校领导干部和教师出国、赴港澳台地区的报批等工作。
设置科级机构2个：综合管理科、外教及国际学生管理科
